Content on the Site (including blog posts, calculators, the rent-vs-buy tool, mortgage calculator, seller-net calculator, buyer quiz, and embedded mortgage rates) is provided for informational and educational purposes only. 3. Mortgage rate data
Mortgage-rate data displayed on the Site is sourced from the Federal Reserve Economic Data (FRED) MORTGAGE30US series, a public Freddie Mac PMMS feed. Rates are weekly averages and may differ from rates you are quoted by a specific lender. Rates do not constitute an offer to lend.
4. Listings
The /listings page embeds CRMLS (California Regional Multiple Listing Service) IDX data via Matrix. Listings are owned by their respective listing brokers and provided for buyer reference. Listing data is updated frequently but may not reflect the most current status. For accurate, real-time information, contact Jesse directly.
5. SMS / text messaging
By submitting your phone number on the rate-alerts opt-in (/rates) or any other form, you consent to receive text messages from Jesse Oñate Real Estate at the number provided, including informational and marketing messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies (typically 4-5/month for the rate text). Reply STOP to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Scrape, mirror, or systematically extract content from the Site without written permission
- Attempt to circumvent the Site's security or rate-limiting
